Export quotes as PDF documents or Excel spreadsheets.
Paramiq supports exporting quotes to PDF, Excel, and CSV formats. Exports include parameter values, calculation results, and bill-of-materials data.
PDF Export
PDF exports generate a professional quote document with your company name, quote details, and material table. On the quote page, open Actions → Export PDF.
For a 3D image, open the quote preview and wait for the scene to load before exporting. PDF can include the captured scene and a customer link when available and allowed. The document language follows your workspace regional locale, not just the current interface language. Check the price type, saved currency and customer-facing details before sending.
Excel Export
Excel exports include all data in a structured spreadsheet format: parameters, calculation results, and specification items in separate sections.
CSV Export
CSV export provides a flatter format that is convenient for downstream ERP, spreadsheets, or ad hoc reporting.
Plan Requirements
- Free — no export.
- Pro or active Pro trial — PDF, Excel, and CSV, subject to your permissions.
- Existing Starter and Business subscriptions — retain their agreed export access.
