Public sharing
Share your configurators with customers via public links and embed widgets.
You can make a product configurator accessible to anyone via a public URL. Public calculators let customers enter parameter values and see calculated results and pricing.
Publishing a Configuration
- Assign a public slug to the product you want to share.
- Enable public access using the publishing controls available for your workspace.
- The public calculator page uses that slug to build a shareable URL.
- Share the URL directly with customers or use the embed wrapper on your website.
Public Page Features
- Parameter form with validation (min, max, step).
- Real-time calculation results.
- Bill of materials with quantities and pricing.
- 3D visualization (if configured).
Customer offers and link privacy
For a saved customer offer, open the quote in Quotes (Calculations in the classic menu) and choose Share to create a view-only link; Copy link copies it again. This is different from publishing an interactive product configurator. Check the customer-facing price and information before sending the link. Anyone with the link can open it; noindex prevents search indexing but is not password protection. Customer offer and tenant calculator pages are not intended to appear in search results.
Use clear product names and descriptions for link previews. Send the customer link, not your internal editor URL.
