Plans & Billing

New subscriptions: Free or Pro ($150/month). Pro includes up to 500 AI requests and 50 file imports per calendar month, within the processing allowance shown in Settings → Plan (Billing in the classic menu). Large tasks use more processing capacity. Existing subscriptions keep their agreed price and limits; Starter and Business below describe those legacy plans.

Before the email address is confirmed, a new account can create one product and use a few AI requests. Confirming the email starts a 14-day Pro trial with 50 AI requests in total for imports and edits; requests used before confirmation count toward them. The remaining requests and processing capacity are visible in the AI assistant and Settings → Plan. Manual changes and recalculation do not use AI. Trial access does not include MCP: it requires paid Pro (or an eligible existing Business subscription), enabled rollout, and the appropriate role. Enterprise is arranged separately with the team and paid by invoice, not Paddle.

Plan limits are tracked separately for saved products, public views, AI requests, and AI-powered file imports.

For new workspaces after the trial, Free keeps one selected quote available with 3D and a read-only customer link. Open Quotes (Calculations in the classic menu) and use Choose for Free on that quote. All other data stays saved. Replacing the selection makes the previous quote and its links unavailable on Free. AI, editing and export require Pro; website embed is set up by the Paramiq team. Existing accounts keep their previous Free conditions; they are not moved to this policy.

Earlier plans (not offered to new subscriptions)

• Free — 1 configuration, 10 saved calculations, 50 views/month, 20 materials, 10 AI requests/month, 1 AI import/month, 50 MB storage, 1 team seat (Owner only). No PDF export, public sharing, embed, 3D, or per-user scope refinements.
• Starter ($12/month) — 5 configurations, 100 saved calculations, 2,000 views/month, 200 materials, 30 AI requests/month, 3 AI imports/month, PDF export, public sharing, 1 embed widget, 2 webhook endpoints, 300 MB storage, 3 seats (Owner / Editor / Viewer). No 3D, no scope refinements.
• Pro ($49/month) — 15 configurations, unlimited saved calculations, 10,000 views/month, unlimited materials, 500 AI requests/month, 50 AI imports/month, 3D editor, custom order statuses, 5 embed widgets, 10 webhook endpoints, 5 GB storage, 10 seats with all six roles, "Restrict to own records" scope refinement available.
• Business (from $149/month, via sales) — unlimited configurations, calculations, views, materials, AI imports, embed widgets, webhook endpoints, and team seats. 1,000 AI requests/month, white-label, 10 GB storage, priority support, dedicated onboarding. All six roles available, plus category and material-group whitelists per user.

Trial Period

New accounts get a 14-day trial of Pro features, which starts when the workspace owner confirms their email address. Workspaces created before this policy had a 7-day trial. After the trial ends, you can choose to subscribe or continue with the Free plan.

Managing Your Subscription

Open Settings → Plan to view your current plan, usage statistics, and manage your subscription. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
