By accessing or using Paramiq ("Service"), operated by Paramiq ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Paramiq is a SaaS platform for creating parametric product configurators with formula engines, bill of materials (BOM), 3D visualization, and AI-assisted configuration. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with Free, Starter, Pro, and Business plans.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor, Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice. Price changes do not affect the current billing period.
We offer a pro-rata refund for annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of purchase. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable but you retain access until the end of your billing period. Free trial periods do not require payment and incur no charges.

The Service, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by Paramiq and protected by intellectual property laws. Your configurations, formulas, and data remain your property. We claim no ownership over your content.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data in accordance with applicable data protection laws including GDPR.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paramiq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy (30 days).
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
